Our directorate is responsible for providing the necessary support and conducting assembly transactions in order for the Arnavutköy Municipal Council to function regularly in accordance with the objectives, principles and policies of the Arnavutköy Mayor's Office, the legislation and the principles to be set by the Mayor; following the writing and approvals of the decisions; regulating the personnel affairs of the members of the Municipal Council; receiving incoming and outgoing documents in a controlled manner and sending them to the relevant units; processing all kinds of documents that come to and will be sent by the institution and working in coordination with the relevant units; providing the necessary support for the Municipal Council to make quick and accurate decisions and supervising creation of the files to be submitted to the Council as required; monitoring the adoption of council decisions within the framework of relevant legislation and regulations; realizing the marriage contracts of the persons applying to the municipality; performing the necessary transactions for all kinds of documents coming to and sent by the institution and working in coordination with the relevant units.
