We established our Call Center in 2010 to ensure that local residents Arnavutköy can integrate with the local government, and get easier and better services by preventing waste of time. Since 2010, our Call Center has been working actively serving as a bridge between citizens and the municipality. Our colleagues at the Call Center evaluate the requests, complaints and opinions of the public and directs them to the relevant departments for solutions. By job tracking, the Call Center conveys responds from the relevant units in the fastest way possible. In addition, it promotes the municipality's services and online transactions, contributing greatly to bringing local services closer to the public.
