It is a living space designed by the Arnavutköy Municipality to increase the quality of life of women, to fulfill their demands and to meet their needs, to make them feel special.

In our center, it is divided into various sections where women will benefit from education opportunities, and it is aimed to organize different activities, trainings and seminars in each of them. Our aim; To increase the quality of life of our women with a qualified education, to enable them to discover their talents, to gain social skills and to raise awareness.

To ensure that the family, which is an important element of social life, is placed on a more solid foundation with Psychologist Service and Inter-Family Communication Seminars, where it can consult and talk about personal and family issues. Our aim is to keep our traditional arts alive with the events, activities and seminars we organize, and to provide our women with a hobby. To ensure that they have information about current issues and needed issues together with conferences and seminars. Our goal is to sell handicraft products in the bazaar at the entrance of our center and to contribute to the family budgets, thus contributing to the social and economic development of Arnavutköy women.

It is a service approach where our women can get away from their social and economic problems, be happier and more peaceful, and also contribute to the development of family relations and personal communications.

Explanations Regarding the Services Provided at the Women's Cultural Center

• 50% discount will be applied to municipality employees, mothers, fathers, spouses and children of employees.
• Students will receive a 50% discount.
• Disabled citizens will receive a 50% discount.
• The Prime Ministry Circular published in the Official Gazette dated 24.04.2008 and numbered 26856 will be applied to the personnel working in other public institutions.
• No fee will be charged for cultural and social events organized by our municipality.
• All services provided to mothers, fathers, spouses and children of martyrs, veterans themselves, mothers, fathers, spouses and children are free of charge.
• 2 months/10 session credits that are not consumed within two months will be cancelled.
• Discounts will not be applied to Single Use Free Sessions.
• The digital card fee is 10.00 TL.
• A 50% discount is applied to our citizens over the age of 60, except for single use free sessions.
